Drama
Our drama program is a vibrant part of school life, offering students from elementary through secondary the opportunity to explore performance, storytelling, and self-expression. Through engaging productions—such as Treasure Island (Elementary), Cinderella (Middle School), and A Christmas Carol (Secondary)—students develop essential 21st-century skills: creativity in interpreting roles and imagining new possibilities, collaboration as they work together to bring scenes to life, critical thinking in analyzing characters and narratives, and communication through performance and stage presence. Drama also nurtures key Success Orientations, encouraging responsibility through rehearsal commitments, group interaction during ensemble work, and aesthetic appreciation as students learn to value artistic expression. Whether on stage or behind the scenes, our drama program helps students grow in confidence, empathy, and joy.
